Fermentation of each grape was held separately in small inox tanks of 500kg.

In order to facilitate the extraction we used the method of saignee,

manual punchdown of "hat" and forced oxidation of crushed grapes during fermentation.




9 month aging in barrels from american oak.

Artania this is a line of blended wines, named after the mythical ancient country,

which according to legend was on the coast of the Northern black sea.


Testing notes


Color intense ruby.

Aromas of red berries, cherries, vanilla.

Taste: intense, in a harmony with aroma.

Serving temperature: 18 C.
